Return Policy & shipping information

We offer free shipping on orders higher then 150 euros. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Since we are based in The Netherlands, we work according to the Dutch law: “Wet Koop op Afstand”.

We accept returns or exchanges which are reported within 14 days after receiving your order. The receiving date is the date the carrier states in their delivery report.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or size, or a refund to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

1. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
2. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Send us an email from the email address that was used to place the order
2. Mention order ID and the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
3. Choose a carrier of your preference and pay for shipping to:

Send the corresponding items back to us using the label provided by the carrier

As soon as we have received the items in good condition, we will proceed with the refund or we will send you a code to place a new order. We are not responsible for the cost of returned goods unless there is an error with your order.

Returns are at the customers own risk so please return your items via a registered postal carrier using a tracked and signed for service. We can’t be held accountable for lost packages. If your returned items are lost in transit then you must take this up with the carrier. 

We will replace faulty or damaged goods or we will refund your item. Replacements will not be made for items that have been damaged due to neglect or misuse.

All orders are sent through MyParcel, which is part of the national carrier PostNL. PostNL has cooperations with other local companies. You will be informed by email about the local carrier, the expected delivery date and you will be able to follow the package using the track and trace code.

We deliver globally, but depending on the shipping location, your order may be subject to import taxes and other fees charged by the local customs authority and/or the involved carrier.
